Shipping Policy

Jolie Gift currently ships to addresses throughout Australia. We offer free shipping on orders with a product value over $70. This is standard shipping, and it applies to deliveries within Australia (excluding international orders).

For orders under $70, the buyer pays calculated shipping costs, which are based on the buyer's location, package weight, and dimensions.

Delivery Timeframes

Local Warehouse Products

Processing Time:
Orders fulfilled directly from our Melbourne location are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Time (Australia-wide):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)

Express Shipping Details:

  • Available for Local Warehouse Products only within Australia.

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same day (business days only).

  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Express shipping rates depend on your location and order weight.

  • Express shipping is not available for very heavy items.

"Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, and the delivery timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:

  • For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;

  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;

  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.


Exclusive Orders (Supplier-Fulfilled)

Some items are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers, allowing us to offer a wider variety of products.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time:
7–20 business days (depending on the supplier’s location and your delivery address).

Tracking:
Tracking is included with most supplier-fulfilled items and will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Mixed Orders

If you purchase both in-store and supplier-fulfilled products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. We will provide individual tracking information for each part of your order, so you can track them separately.

General Shipping Information

Jolie Gift continually seeks the best shipping options for delivery. We use Australia Post to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers or substitute freight providers at any time without prior notice.

Tracking:
All deliveries have a Track & Trace system where you can track the status of your order.

Delivery and Risk Policy for Jolie Gift

Delivery Responsibility:
Once your parcel has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier’s tracking system, Jolie Gift is no longer liable for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of whether a signature was obtained.

Authority to Leave (ATL):
If you tick the "Authority to Leave" box during checkout, you authorize the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your delivery address. Jolie Gift is not responsible for any loss or theft after delivery.

No Authority to Leave (No ATL):
If you do not provide Authority to Leave, the courier may attempt redelivery or require a signature based on their own delivery policies. Jolie Gift’s responsibility for the parcel ends once the courier records the parcel as delivered.

Please ensure your shipping address is secure. We recommend using a business address or a location where someone can accept deliveries on your behalf.

Order Cutoff Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00pm (Melbourne time) Monday - Friday

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (Melbourne time) will be dispatched to our shipping partners (Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, etc.) the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day (usually Monday, or the next business day after a public holiday).

Express Shipping

Jolie Gift offers Express Shipping within Australia.

Express Shipping Details:

  • Available for Local (in-store) Products only.

  • Express orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday or the next business day after a public holiday).

Shipping Rates:
The buyer pays calculated postage based on the buyer's location and the package weight/dimensions. Express Shipping is not available for very heavy items (over 5kg). If you’re unsure if your order qualifies for Express Shipping due to weight, please email us at contact@joliegift.com for assistance.

Shipping Provider:

Express Shipping is handled by our trusted shipping partners, including Australia Post and other reliable couriers. Please note that under our Terms and Conditions, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or issues outside of our control, such as those caused by customs or courier delays.

For our third-party Supplier-Fulfilled Products:

International orders from our third-party suppliers typically take 7–20 business days, depending on the supplier’s location and your delivery address.

Express Delivery Time (International):
For international orders, express shipping delivery times can vary based on the supplier’s location. While express options are available, delivery times may range from 3-10 business days or more, depending on your specific address and the country of the supplier.

As international deliveries can experience longer shipping times due to customs processes and other factors, please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
