Shipping Information – Jolie Gift

At Jolie Gift, we aim to make shipping simple, clear, and worry-free. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our shop to your doorstep.


Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Free Standard Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $70 AUD (after discounts). This offer applies to all Australian addresses.
Orders under $70 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.


Processing & Shipping Information

We use a combination of in-house inventory, local warehouse partners, and trusted suppliers to offer a broad range of products with reliable delivery across Australia.


Melbourne-Based Products (In-Stock Items)

These items are physically stocked at our Melbourne location and are shipped directly by Jolie Gift.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days after receiving cleared payment

  • Dispatch Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Shipping Time (Australia-wide):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–14 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for eligible items only)


Express Shipping Details

  • Available only for Melbourne-based, in-stock products

  • Not applicable for bulky or heavy items over 5kg

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days after receiving cleared payment

  • Dispatch Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST, on Friday, or during weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Rates: Calculated based on destination and weight

  • Carriers: Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, and other trusted partners

Local Warehouse Fulfillment (Australia-Based Partner Warehouses)

Many of our products are fulfilled through trusted warehouse partners within Australia, ensuring fast and cost-effective delivery.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days after receiving cleared payment

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

    • VIC: 7–10 business days

    • NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: 9–12 business days

    • WA, NT, TAS: 9–12 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual arrival dates may vary depending on courier operations.


Exclusive Orders (Supplier-Fulfilled Items)

Certain specialty products are shipped directly from our verified supply partners, either within Australia or internationally.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days after receiving cleared payment

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 business days

  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

  • These items may arrive separately from other products in your order.

Note: Although some suppliers may be international, Jolie Gift does not currently offer international shipping to customers.


Mixed Orders

If your order contains a combination of products from different sources (e.g. Melbourne-based, local warehouse, and supplier-fulfilled), items may be delivered in separate packages and on different dates.
Individual tracking details will be provided for each shipment.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email. If your items come from multiple suppliers or warehouses, you will receive separate tracking numbers.


Important Notes

We make every effort to meet the stated processing and delivery timeframes. However, please understand that certain factors—such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, and stock fluctuations—can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Delivery Notes

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If selected at checkout, couriers may leave your parcel unattended. Jolie Gift is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

  • No ATL: Signature may be required; if unavailable, the courier may reattempt or redirect.

  • Wrong Address: Please contact us immediately. Jolie Gift is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect address details submitted during checkout.

  • Delivered but Not Received: Once marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Jolie Gift is no longer liable for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of whether a signature was obtained.

Please use a secure delivery address or consider delivering to your workplace.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your invoice date, contact us to initiate a freight investigation.
Claims beyond 30 days may not be eligible.


Returns & Refunds – Summary

We only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Some supplier-fulfilled products may feature original manufacturer branding or packaging. These items are sourced from verified third-party suppliers. Jolie Gift does not claim ownership of or affiliation with any brand unless explicitly stated.
This does not constitute a product defect.
