Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Jolie Gift

At Jolie Gift, we are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of the products we offer. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Important Summary:

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products in line with Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is covered for approved defective items only.


Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with the ACL. If you receive a product that falls under these conditions, please contact us at contact@joliegift.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


How to Lodge a Return (For Faulty or Incorrect Items)

  1. Email us at contact@joliegift.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
    Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or returned to sender.

  3. Returned items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship a replacement item.

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us or reimbursed where applicable. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process returns lost or damaged in transit.

Return Address & Instructions

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions. Please do not send any items without receiving confirmation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet food, treats, supplements)

  • Used or opened pet grooming products

  • Used pet toys, accessories, or beds

  • Clearance items marked as Final Sale

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items


Products Shipped from Third-Party Suppliers

Some items ship directly from our trusted third-party suppliers. If an issue arises, we will liaise with the supplier to resolve it in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer Branding Disclaimer

Some products fulfilled by third-party suppliers may include manufacturer branding or logos not shown in listing images. These items are shipped in the condition provided by the manufacturer and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation. Jolie Gift does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any third-party brand unless explicitly stated. Receiving a branded item does not qualify as "not as described" and is not grounds for return under our policy.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


International Orders & Import Fees

If you're ordering from outside Australia, please be aware you are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. We do not provide refunds for delays or refusals due to unpaid import charges.
